TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Card Issuer Agreement: By CONFIRMING PAYMENT you agree to abide by the rules and regulations of your credit card issuer.
  2. Information: You are responsible for contact information accuracy, making timely payments to avoid price increases, and updating your email address if it changes.
  3. Refund Policy: ALL event fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once the registration is made then a package for your travel weekend has been reserved.
  4. Updating Reservations: Changes to your reservation can be made any time by logging on using the Primary Registrants email address and password.
  5. Ultimate PAC Option: The Full Automatic Pre-Authorized Credit option will pay off your balance with even monthly charges as per the instructions you entered. You can choose either the 1st or the 15th of the month for your draft. You can change the credit card information of your PAC by loging on to your account and selecting Payment Plan. If you cancel your Ultimate PAC Option you are subject to all price increases for the event and your balance will be adjusted accordingly. If your card is declined while you are on the PAC, you will have 5 days to rectify the account before automatic payments are resumed. If your payment is declined on the 2nd attempt, you will be removed from the PAC option and subject to price increases. You wil be notified via email about the status of your account. Prime-Events is not responsible for any banking fees you incurr by choosing the PAC option.
  6. Deposit Only Option: You must pay all your registration fees in full prior to the price increase deadlines or you will be subject to the new price(s). Failure to pay in full by the FINAL deadline will result in cancellation and forfeiture of all event fees.
  7. Registration Accounts: You are responsible to maintain a working email address for your account in order to receive all appropriate communication. We are not responsible
